The list prices shown on the day of ordering are binding. All prices are to be understood as inclusive the Value Added Tax plus postage costs (see despatch infos).
We distribute exclusively new products which are delivered either sealed or in fused plastic wrapping. The purchaser is entitled to return the goods in the original sealed or fused plastic wrapping within a period of 14 days after receipt of the goods, without giving reasons. Notice of returns must be sent by eMail! The postage costs for returns are to be borne by the purchaser. An exchange because of >>dissatisfaction<< is categorically excluded. An exchange is also categorically excluded if seals are missing or defective or the fused plastic wrapping is disturbed or damaged. Discreet DVDs are also (unless defective) categorically excluded from exchange.
Through the removal or destruction of seals and fused plastic wrapping the customer is committed to the definitive purchase of the picture and sound carrier.
If the purchased goods are defective due to fabrication or material defects the seller will arrange an improvement promptly. Obvious defects must be reported without delay to the seller, at the latest within 7 days after the receipt of the goods, in writing - by eMail. If required by the seller, the purchaser is to return the item with an exact description of the defect and a copy of the invoice. If a repair or a replacement is not possible the purchaser can opt either for a reduction in the purchase price or the cancellation of the sales contract. Damage claims arising from breach of contract, from fault at conclusion of a contract and from unauthorised activity are excluded, in as far as the damage was not caused intentionally. The damages claim is restricted exclusively to the delivered item.

Should you choose this method of payment arrange for the transfer of funds as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee the availabilty of the goods after a period of 5 working days. Should the credit of funds to our account not be noted after a period of 14 working days, the order will be cancelled and the customer will in future no longer be supplied by us!
